Audit your local search enquiries

Check the path from your Google Business Profile to a call or quote request for one service in one area.

Start with a search a customer would make. Open your listing and the page it sends people to. Check that both confirm what you do, where you work and what happens when someone gets in touch.

What to check

  • Search for one service and one place you cover. Note what a buyer can learn from your result about the service and where you work.
  • Check that the profile lists the service, the phone number is current and the website link takes people somewhere useful for that search.
  • Open the linked page on a phone. Find a relevant review or example, then try the call button or quote form and check what happens next.
  • Use profile clicks as context. Record answered calls and relevant quote requests separately so you can compare actual enquiries over time.

Worked example

An end-of-tenancy cleaner appears in local search, but the linked page only describes general cleaning. Give the visitor a clear path to the end-of-tenancy service, show a real example and explain which areas you cover and how you price the job. Track relevant quote requests for that service over a comparable period.
