Client launch case

The case in buyer-proof terms

Complex digital-product launch with buyer education, proof burden, and multiple acquisition spikes.

$7m+

Gross revenue from pre-orders

3

Sold-out rounds

4.8x

MoM growth in deposit volume

CONSTRAINT

PR, creator traffic, and community momentum were creating attention before the deposit path was fully unified.

SYSTEM FIXED

One launch system connected narrative, FAQs, creator scripts, community support, and deposit conversion.

EVIDENCE

Launch-system map, objection library, and creator kit.

OUTCOME

$7m+ gross revenue, 3 sold-out rounds, and 4.8x month-on-month deposit growth.

LESSON

High-proof launches convert when every channel answers the same decision and routes to the same event.

Before

High-intent launch demand, but a complex product story and multiple channels competing for attention.

After

Reworked the narrative, landing system, FAQs, and launch sequencing around one deposit path.

Challenge

Make a new hardware category feel inevitable

The protocol was preparing to ship a high-ticket hardware device that powers a distributed cloud compute network for AI and gaming workloads.

The concept was powerful but unfamiliar: DePIN-first infrastructure is not instantly understood by mainstream gamers, miners, or GPU enthusiasts.

We needed a narrative that simplified the idea, built trust quickly, and directed every PR, KOL, and community touchpoint into a $50 deposit on a $999 device without fragmenting momentum across channels.

Approach

Narrative & proof architecture

Codified the Edge story into a messaging stack, pairing vision statements with proof points and objection handling that worked in social posts, AMAs, FAQs, and PR.

  • Positioned the device as the on-ramp to decentralised AI compute, not just another miner.
  • Mapped claims to verifiable data: network performance, fulfilment timelines, and partner references.
  • Equipped spokespeople and creators with ready-to-use talk tracks and visuals.

Conversion-grade landing system

Designed and wrote landing pages and FAQs that guided skimmers to the deposit CTA, while in-depth readers found the technical detail they needed to commit.

  • Hero and benefits built for mobile scanning with persistent CTA states.
  • Deep FAQ library covering hardware, rewards, returns, and fulfilment.
  • Deposit flow copy tested with early community cohorts before scale-up.

Creator + PR flywheel

Sequenced KOL announcements, Spaces, and press drops so every spike in awareness routed into the same conversion path.

  • Curated creator list by audience fit (AI, miners, gamers) and trust level.
  • Distributed campaign kits with visual assets, proof points, and CTAs.
  • Used mirrored landing pages for tracking and rapid messaging iterations.

Community onboarding

Activated Discord and Telegram hosts to answer objections in real time and keep post-announcement momentum alive through to fulfilment.

  • Ran live Q&A sessions aligned with allocation drops.
  • Built lightweight scripts for mods to surface the right resources fast.
  • Kept fulfilment updates and roadmap milestones visible to reduce churn.

Evidence item 1

Every awareness spike routed to one deposit path

A redacted system view showing how PR, creators, community, and landing pages were sequenced around the same conversion event.

Inputs

PR drops, KOL announcements, AMAs, community updates

Decision support

Conversion event

$50 deposit on a $999 hardware device

Used to keep campaign channels from creating competing buyer journeys.

Evidence item 2

Trust gaps answered before allocation opened

A working proof bank for the questions that slowed deposit decisions.

Buyer concern

What am I buying, when does it ship, and why trust the network?

Proof used

Roadmap dates, reward mechanics, network data, partner references

Where deployed

Landing FAQ, creator scripts, community moderator replies

Evidence mattered more than new campaign claims.

Use the Web3 Launch & Growth Diagnostic to inspect narrative, proof, campaign routing, utility, retained use, and reporting before the next push.

What this proves outside Web3

  • Complex products need narrative simplification before any campaign work. Distil your story to one sentence that lands with sceptics.
  • KOL and PR spikes only convert if they all point to the same, optimised landing page. Don't fragment attention across multiple entry points.
  • Community moderators need scripts and quick-reference materials to handle objections in real time, especially for high-ticket products.
  • Deposit-based launches create urgency, but you need fulfilment transparency to maintain trust through the waiting period.

Request a diagnostic and we'll inspect the product, journey, proof, and reporting before recommending work. You keep the plan whether or not we implement.

What to expect in a diagnostic

  • A friction matrix that ranks visible leaks by impact, effort, confidence, and dependency.
  • An annotated finding with evidence, recommendation, expected impact, and success metric.
  • A sprint brief and metric plan your team can implement internally or hand to Encanta.
